Pokemon: Aromatisse/Milotic

Aromatisse decks have been my favourite sort of Pokemon deck to become available since XY was released.

The main goal of the deck is the move energies around using Aromatisses ability called Fairy Transfer, moving energies is useful because you can power up Pokemon very easily and save energies just in case a Pokemon has been defeated.

Aromatisse can also move prism and rainbow energies, unfortunately this format doesn't allow to use of prism energies so we can only use 4 energies that are treated as any type of energy.

Despite this disadvantage the deck is still viable and can even make use of Milotic from the Flash Fire expansion.
You can use the ability Energy Grace to get 3 fairy energies from the discard pile and attach them to Aromatisse so it can attach them to EX Pokemon.

Here is the deck list:

Pokemon (16)

3-3 Aromatisse
1-1 Milotic
2 Xerneas
2 Xerneas-EX
2 Suicune
1 Yveltal-EX
1 Shaymin-EX

Trainers (29)

4 Professor Sycamore
4 Shauna/N (Shauna is a good budget option)
2 Pokemon Fan Club
2 Skyla
2 Lysandre

3 Fairy Garden

3 Ultra Ball
1 Evosoda
4 Switch
2 Muscle Band
1 Professor's letter
1 Startling Megaphone

Energy (15)

4 Rainbow Energy
1 Double Colourless Energy
9 Fairy Energy
1 Water Energy

Overall this deck has a lot of options, it can use Xerneas to accelerate energy early on in the game and it can use Milotic to accelerate energies late game.

The deck has 3 Aromatisse to make full use of energy manipulation and the energy acceleration the Xerneas and Milotic can do.

It can even quickly power up Xerneas-EX and use X-Blast every turn by using switch and fairy garden to switch out and switch back again.

It has the capability of walling EX Pokemon using Suicune.

It has secondary attackers in the form of Yveltal- EX and Shaymin-Ex, Yveltal-Ex can be powered up late game by attaching loads of energy using Aromatisse and Shaymin-Ex makes a brilliant late game attacker with the move Revenge Blast.

Overall the deck is very powerful and fun to play but it does have some downsides. It plays weak Pokemon like Feebas and Spritzee and it could be a disadvantage to start off with only them. To try and prevent this from being a problem I included 4 Switches which is normally enough to switch the weak Pokemon for another one I get using Pokemon Fan Club or Ultra Ball.

Apart from that slight issue there really isn't much issues with the deck, although there could be extra things to include if I had them.

Keldeo-Ex would be nice because I can get rid of status problems and allow Xerneas-EX to always attack without needing switches.

Max potion would also be useful because I could either switch the energies away with Aromatisse, heal then put the energies back again or I can dump the energies to heal my Pokemon then use Milotic to put them back again (if the Pokemon isn't an EX)

Basically that is all there is to say about the deck, it is good alternative to a Kangaskhan based deck and doesn't have the annoying fighting weakness. It doesn't have much of a problem against EX based decks because it can use Suicune. Most importantly this deck is really fun to play and powerful at the same time.

Hope you found this useful, please comment
